The president of Américas Amigas Association, Francisca de Paula Harley, and the coordinator of Post-Donation Research of the entity, Maria José Rocco, took a break from their duties and visited this Wednesday 19th, the Conjunto Educacional Boa Vontade in São Paulo - formed by the Jesus Supercreche and the José de Paiva Netto Institute of Education. The friends of Boa Vontade were received by the Boa Vontade Instrumentalists Group and Children's Ecumenical Choir, formed by students of the School. The presentation thrilled the visitors, who insisted on posing for pictures with the young artists. At the end of the artistic numbers, they received a tribute from the kids for the work they do at the head of the association, which arose from the union of Brazilians and Americans in the fight to reduce the number of deaths caused by breast cancer in Brazil, especially among the low-income population. Afterwards, they toured the premises of the Educational Complex and observed the application of the educational line of the Legion of Good Will (LBV). The innovative proposal, formed by the Pedagogies of Affection and of the Ecumenical Citizen, proposes a new learning model, thus forming "Brain and Heart", as its creator, the LGW's director-president José de Paiva Netto, affirms. Delighted with the experience, they left their impressions in the Book of the Heart. "Dear friends of the LGW, I can very well say that being here today was a privilege and hearing the children's choir and orchestra present the songs that touch our hearts so much, was a very special moment for me.
