Training of Mammography Technicians

Between June 3 and 14, a group of 12 mammography technicians from public and philanthropic services in the states of CE, GO, SC and RS were trained to improve the quality of the exams they perform.

We know that a good mammography exam is essential for early detection of breast cancer. Therefore, since 2012, in partnership with the Prevention Department of the Hospital de Amor in Barretos, we have trained technicians from all over Brazil. The costs that make it possible for these professionals to come and train are paid in full by Américas Amigas.
