During this period, for each piece sold, R$ 1.00 will be reverted to the fight against breast cancer. The action is valid in the 114 shops throughout the country and is held in partnership with the organization Americas Amigas. Outlet Lingerie supports the cause advocated by Americas Amigas, which promotes, throughout the country, activities to combat breast cancer mortality, benefiting mainly the low-income population, by providing tools for Awareness, Prevention, Early Detection and Accurate diagnosis. Detected early, breast cancer has a chance of cure in 95% of cases. Since 2009, Américas Amigas, through the funds raised, promotes the donation of mammography devices and CRs (Computerized Mammography Systems), besides, in partnership with other institutions, offering mammography improvement courses for the institutions that receive the donated equipment.
